The Committee for Health Information has established a new partnership ‘Together for Mental Health’ across the health and employment sectors. They are working together to bring tools and knowledge to workplaces on how they can work with well-being, work environment, and mental health.

More than 40% of all newly hired young employees consider changing jobs within the first year of their employment. The truth is that as a newly hired young employee, you naturally don’t know everything and therefore have many questions – and there should be room to ask them all. This awareness campaign communicates the importance of open dialogue between the young new hire and the leader, as it contributes to a psychologically safe workplace.
