For years, Quooker has been known as ‘the boiling water tap’ delivering instant boiling water directly from the tap. Over the years, this product feature has also turned in to a strong positioning statement, so when a new feature, cold sparkling water, was introduced, the core story about Quooker had to be updated. We relaunched Quooker in the Nordics under the header ‘the tap that does it all’, and consumers immediately embraced the opportunity to get both boiling and cold sparkling water instantly from the same tap.

The combination of tv commercials, print ads, online display banners, instore activities, PR and SoMe activities led to an increase in both brand awareness and recognition as well as sales.
